OK, so you’re all wondering why it’s taken so long, since last night, for goodness sake, for me to send out a simple email with the details.

Why you may ask!

You see, I found out that unfortunately I don’t have Excel on the new computer, so I had to create a file on my desktop, so that I could then send the file to the laptop, then to you all. Simple, isn’t it? But, the desktop modem is stubbornly refusing to pick up a signal from Cell C and I also realised that in any case, I wouldn’t be able to save it for future capture of data on it if I haven’t got an Excel program.

While I am still pondering all this, and trying to tell myself I’m missing something, here is a summary of what happened last night.

Team Bridie against Team Caroline: Team Bridie won by 20 to 0, and after handicap adjustment, by 17 to 3.
Team Roy against Team Bram: Team Roy won by 20 to 0, and by 18 to 2 on handicap.
Team Diana won against Team Di by 11 to 9, and by 14 to 6 on handicap.

When I figure out what I have to do, I’ll send out a nice little Excel file with all the parameters sorted out and looking good.
