Only four tables, but we know about several people who couldn’t make it, some sickness, a few other issues, but we played and we did our best, the cards were strange to say the least, all that stuff!

We are almost at the tipping point, where the night temperatures are going to allow us to play in the hall instead of the ladies bar, where we don’t know whether to dress warmly or not, whether the fire should be lit in the ladies bar or not, you know what I mean.

Anyway, the night belonged to Lisa and myself at the halfway mark, but Paul and Bridie made a big surge in the second half to overtake us, thereby ending in first place on 60.42%, with us second, followed by Di and Diana in third. Handicap went to Marianne and Caroline.
