Well, well. And well done to Pat Neuman and Judy Spannenburg for an excellent win, with 65%, followed by Jill and Vanessa. It was a strange, strange day for yours truly. I never played a single hand all afternoon! But nevertheless and notwithstanding, it was certainly a good day for Pat and Judy. Or should I say Judy and Pat?

Please get yourselves to the AGM at 1200 on Thursday the 26th and remember to send any items you might want discussed to Lisa at lisaxadamson@gmail.com, and they will be added to the agenda.

With reference to the questionnaire concerning the choice between Tuesday night play versus Tuesday afternoons, the response was not definite enough to warrant a change, so we will be playing Tuesday nights as we always have.

We are mounting a drive to grow membership, including people who are beginners. We have a really good format we can use to teach new players, and we will be asking some of you to assist us in this venture.
