First Thursday of the year! A good turnout, considering some of our wealthy members are probably lazing around on a yacht at Cannes right now, or cruising around the Caribbean.
Ah well, then there was us. Seven tables, which started off at six and a half. Cathy and Ros were left out, but all was well.
Welcome back Bill, complete with a great beard, playing with Clyde. It was enjoyable to play some Precision against them, not even having to alert!

Well done, Paul and Bridie, who pipped everyone at the post, for another good win. Bill and Clyde came in a close second, with Deirdre and Pat third.

As mentioned at the beginning of today’s session, we will be conducting our AGM on the 26th January. We will start the proceedings at 1200, thereby allowing us enough time to play at 1330 as usual.
Your attendance at the AGM is very important, as we need to vote on some important issues.
